Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Remodeling Technician to assist with residential and light commercial remodeling projects. This is a hands-on position for a skilled worker who can handle multiple phases of a remodel and work independently on active job sites. This role is ideal for someone with a broad remodeling skill set who can contribute immediately and help complete projects efficiently.

Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of remodeling tasks, including drywall installation, taping, texturing, and repairs.
- Complete interior and exterior painting.
- Install tile and flooring.
- Assist with multiple phases of remodel projects as needed.
- Move between different tasks throughout the project based on job needs.
- Maintain high-quality workmanship with strong attention to detail.
- Work independently with minimal supervision.
- Follow project timelines and job site instructions.

Requirements:
- 3–5 years of hands-on remodeling experience required.
- Must have proven experience in drywall, painting, tile, and flooring.
- Must have own hand tools, reliable transportation and the ability to travel between job sites.
- Ability to work independently and problem-solve on site.
