Overview: We are seeking a skilled Fine Carpentry Handyman to join our team full-time, focusing exclusively on work in single-family residential homes. This role is ideal for an experienced carpenter with strong finishing skills who can also handle light plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance tasks as needed. The company provides all major tools and a company truck, which is picked up daily from the office before traveling to job sites. Responsibilities: - Perform fine carpentry work including door repairs, trim installation, and custom closet builds. - Complete finish work and punch-list items on residential homes. - Handle light plumbing, electrical, and general handyman repairs as needed. - Maintain high-quality workmanship and attention to detail. - Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members. - Pick up and return the company truck from the office before and after job assignments. Requirements: - Must have 3–5+ years of experience in carpentry or handyman work with a strong focus on fine carpentry. - Must have proven experience with doors, trim, finish work, and custom carpentry. - Ability to perform basic plumbing and electrical tasks (certifications are a plus, not required). - Must have valid driver’s license and clean driving record (required to operate company vehicle). - Reliable, professional, and able to work independently.
