Overview:
We are seeking an experienced painter to support high-volume, multifamily apartment turnovers. This role focuses on quality brush-and-roll painting and prep work in occupied and vacant units. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in both residential and commercial settings, ensuring efficient and precise painting projects.
Responsibilities:
- Perform brush and roll painting in multifamily apartment units during turnover projects.
- Complete prep work including scraping, sanding, caulking, puttying, and priming surfaces.
- Maintain clean, professional finishes while working efficiently in volume settings.
- Follow job specifications and quality standards for residential and light commercial projects.
- Work alongside other painters or crew members as assigned.
- Safely use painting tools and materials; operate an airless spray rig when needed (plus).
Requirements:
- At least 4-5 years of residential and commercial painting experience required.
- Must have strong skills in brush and roll painting and surface preparation; ability to operate an airless spray rig is preferred.
- Must be comfortable working on ladders and at heights.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
