Overview:
We are seeking a Carpenter to support residential remodeling projects including light commercial work. This role is ideal for someone who can complete basic carpentry tasks independently, including hanging doors and installing windows, without the need for close supervision. Training on additional tasks can be provided, but the ability to handle foundational carpentry work is required.

Responsibilities:
- Hang doors and install windows accurately and efficiently.
- Perform basic carpentry tasks on residential remodels and light commercial projects.
- Work independently on job sites with minimal oversight.
- Follow project instructions and meet quality and safety standards.
- Travel to job sites within a service area spanning Sacramento to San Francisco.

Requirements:
- Must have at least 1 year of carpentry experience with door hanging and window installation.
- Must have the ability to work independently and manage assigned tasks.
- Reliable transportation to travel between job sites and bring own basic carpentry tools.
