Overview:
We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to assist with minor repairs and upkeep across rental properties. This role focuses on simple, hands-on tasks tied to property turnovers and general wear and tear, rather than large projects or licensed trade work. The ideal candidate is comfortable with basic tools and straightforward repair work.

Responsibilities:
- Patch holes in walls and perform basic drywall repairs.
- Complete light painting and surface touch-up work.
- Handle simple carpentry tasks such as cutting and fitting small pieces of wood.
- Assist with minor maintenance needs to help prepare properties between occupants.

Requirements:
- At least 1-2 years of experience with painting, drywall patching, and/or basic carpentry.
- Ability to use basic hand tools and complete simple repair tasks independently.
- No licenses or certifications required.
- Reliable, hands-on approach and ability to adapt to changing job locations.
