Overview:
We're seeking a skilled HVAC Service Technician to handle installations, maintenance, and repairs for residential and light commercial systems across Nashville and surrounding counties. The ideal candidate is technically proficient, customer-oriented, and capable of working independently while leading a helper on job sites.

Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems, ensuring quality workmanship and safety compliance
- Perform installations of new units and related components
- Drive a company vehicle to service calls across Nashville and nearby counties
- Communicate effectively with customers and assist in training or guiding a helper

Requirements:
- EPA certification required
- At least 2 years prior HVAC experience
- Strong technical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
- Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check
