Overview:
The Heavy Equipment Operator will handle a range of machinery used for commercial excavation and site development projects. This role requires an experienced operator capable of grading, excavating, trenching, demolition support, and moving materials efficiently and safely across various job sites.

Responsibilities:
- Operate excavators from mini size up to 100,000 lbs, as well as dozers, skid steers, loaders, and off-road trucks.
- Perform digging, grading, trenching, and material movement for commercial site work and utility installation.
- Support demolition work and assist pipe crews as needed.
- Conduct basic equipment checks, ensure safe operation, and report maintenance needs.

Requirements:
- At least 5 year proven experience operating commercial excavation equipment.
- Strong understanding of site work, trenching, and grading practices.
- Ability to work safely around active crews and underground utilities.
- No CDL or special license required.
