Overview:
We're searching for a Pipe Layer that supports underground utility installation for commercial site work projects. This person will assist with setting sanitary, storm, and water lines while working closely with the site crew to ensure accurate layout, grading, and assembly. Ideal candidates have hands-on experience working for an excavating or site development company.

Responsibilities:
- Install sanitary, storm, and water lines, including setting pipe, hooking up connections, and placing stone.
- Follow pipe lasers, grade elevations, and layout instructions to ensure correct alignment and depth.
- Assist with site excavation tasks and support operators during utility installation.
- Maintain safe work practices while working around heavy machinery and active excavation zones.

Requirements:
- At least 5 years previous experience in underground utility installation or excavating/site work.
- Ability to read grades, follow pipe lasers, and understand site layout basics.
- Comfortable performing physical labor in outdoor environments.
