Overview:
We are seeking two experienced HVAC Technicians to join our growing team within a 60-mile radius. The role primarily involves residential work with some commercial projects. Technicians will initially work part-time with opportunities to transition to full-time based on performance.

Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance, repairs, and installations of HVAC systems.
- Utilize personal and company-provided tools to troubleshoot and resolve HVAC issues.
- Report and document completed tasks accurately.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure high-quality service.

Requirements:
- Minimum of five years' experience in HVAC fieldwork.
- Valid EPA Universal Certification (608/609).
- Must provide personal hand tools; company vehicle, phone, and tablet provided full-time.
- Strong references and ability to pass background checks. Reliable transportation required.
