Overview: We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to support residential restoration projects involving interior rebuilds and repairs. This role focuses on skilled finish work inside occupied homes and requires strong craftsmanship, attention to detail, and professionalism. Responsibilities: - Perform drywall installation, repair, taping, and finishing on a daily basis - Install baseboard, trim, and interior finish carpentry - Complete interior painting and detailed finish work - Support kitchen and bathroom rebuild and repair projects - Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites in occupied homes Requirements: - At least 2-3 years of hands-on residential carpentry experience strongly preferred - Strong drywall, taping, and finishing skills required - Proven experience with trim and finish carpentry - Reliable transportation and ability to travel to job sites within a 1-hour radius of Mount Laurel. - High attention to detail, reliable, punctual and professional at the job sites
