Overview:
We're seeking a Plumbing Helper to work alongside an experienced plumber on residential service and light remodel jobs. This role is ideal for someone green to the trade who wants to learn from the ground up, build strong habits, and grow into a licensed tradesperson over time.

Responsibilities:
- Assist on residential service calls and remodel projects, including leak repairs, repipes, fixture replacements, and warranty work.
- Load, organize, and restock the work truck daily; keep tools, materials, and inventory clean, tidy, and ready for the next job.
- Support on-site tasks such as cutting access holes, carrying materials, setting up and breaking down work areas, and cleaning up job sites.
- Follow directions closely, stay busy without being asked, and help with basic paperwork or invoicing as needed while maintaining a professional demeanor with customers.

Requirements:
- Strong work ethic with a “always something to do” mindset and a desire to build a long-term career in plumbing.
- Comfortable with physical labor, working under houses and in tight spaces.
- Reliable transportation required.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Willingness to enroll in and complete state plumbing apprenticeship and related schooling.
